Both. Most of our commercial work is scheduled, on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or seasonal program, with the same operator and a predictable visit pattern. We also take on one-off projects like tree removals, garden bed restorations, hydroseeding and infrastructure cage installs.
We scope the site properly, then send a written, fixed-price quote. Ongoing work is priced per visit at the agreed frequency, so your costs stay predictable. There's no minimum term or lock-in, but if you'd like to commit to a yearly or multi-year agreement, we're happy to, and you'll generally get a better rate. Quotes are free, with no obligation.
Yes. We have the capacity for large sites and multi-site programs, and we work with facilities management companies on single-site and multi-site contracts. We slot into your existing maintenance schedule — one contractor, one invoice, the same standard at every site.
Yes — it's a big part of what we do. We look after factories, storage facilities, distribution centres and industrial estates, mainly across the west and north corridors. Typical scope is ride-on mowing of large areas, AQF3 weed spraying, car park blowing and litter collection, with tree work and infrastructure protection cages available when the site needs them.
Yes, strata is a big part of our work. We deal directly with strata managers and owners corporations to keep common areas looking great, the kind of grounds owners are proud to come home to and committees never have to chase up. Every visit is photographed, so you can show them exactly what was done.

Yes. We carry $20 million public liability insurance across all works. All chemical and herbicide applications are carried out under current AQF3 Chemical Accreditation, in line with Victorian regulations, and our work is done in accordance with WHS requirements.
A certificate of currency for our public liability insurance is available on request.
Yes. Safe Work Method Statements are available on request. For works that need road or car park closures we also arrange permits, signage, barriers and qualified traffic controllers.
Yes. The ServiceM8 invoice for every visit includes a detailed scope of work with date, time and GPS-stamped photos, so you have a clear record of when we attended and what was done.
If you need something more formal, we can create a custom report or fill out your preferred report template. Handy for reporting to owners, committees or head office.
Yes. For clients who can't afford disruption during trading hours, we schedule works overnight or on weekends. We've delivered night tree removals with full traffic management and road closures for major retail precincts.
We reply the same business day by phone, email or WhatsApp. From there we arrange a site visit and most commercial quotes are turned around within 24 hours. The quote is written, fixed-price and free.
